In 2003, I left my small village in Maharashtra with empty pockets, a few clothes, and one thing that kept me going: hope.
I didn’t know where life would take me. But I knew one thing — I couldn’t sit quietly and accept life as it was.
Struggles in Mumbai, India
When I came to Mumbai, reality hit me. I worked as a helper in umbrella and machine factories. I cleaned floors and carried heavy loads — I did whatever work came my way.
After work, I attended night college, determined to finish my education. Those days were tough, but I never gave up.
Big Decision Leaving College, But Not My Dreams
After secondary school, I decided to leave college. Some people didn’t understand why. But I knew — I wanted to learn from life and real experiance, not just books.
I was ready to take risks and face failures.
Failures & Tough Times
In the following years, I tried different small businesses. Most of them failed. Some left me with nothing. Many people doubted me. I doubted myself too. But I never ran away from my dreams.
Starting Small — With My Wife by My Side
With no money but strong belief, I started a small freelance marketing service from home, along with my wife, Prajakta, who has always been my biggest supporter.
That’s how iDigitalise was born from a tiny room, with big dreams.
Growing Step by Step
Today, I’m proud to say iDigitalise has become a global business. We have a team of over 100 people, offices in India and Albania, and clients in 45+ countries.
I’ve also started other businesses, all reminding me that hard work and patience always win.
Moving to Albania: A New Start
In 2023, I moved to Albania to grow our global presence. Leaving India wasn’t easy, but to grow, I had to step out of my comfort zone.
Today, I proudly run iDigitalize, iWebHost, Klinics, Seekler, and other businesses, building something bigger than I ever imagined.
I Couldn’t Do This Alone. Thank You
I want to express my gratitude to:
I am deeply grateful to my mother for her unending sacrifices and unwavering strength.
My wife Prajakta is my partner in life and business.
I am grateful to my brother Sachin for his unwavering support.
My friends Pasquale Minasi, Salim Morbiwala, and Fayaz Nawab, for believing in me and helping me take my business to other countries.
I am grateful to my clients for their trust and support.
I am grateful to my team for their unwavering dedication and commitment to their work every day.
What Life Taught Me What’s the straightforward truth? The people who take responsibility and work with heart always grow. It’s not about working hours; it’s about working with honesty and care.
For Anyone With a Dream
I started from nothing. No money. No contacts. All you need is faith and diligent effort.
If you are feeling stuck or scared, I’ve been there too.
Don’t wait for the perfect time. Start now. Fail. Learn. Keep going.
If I can do it… so can you.
